WHAT IS BRAINSPOTTING?
Brainspotting was discovered in 2003 by David Grand PhD. Brainspotting is a powerful, subcortical treatment modality that complements the mind and body’s natural healing ability to address emotional and somatic distress caused by underlying trauma and core beliefs that subconsciously effect daily functioning.
WHAT ISSUES CAN BRAINSPOTTING ADDRESS?
Brainspotting can be applied to most distressing clinical issues including mood disorders, anxiety, stress, Posttraumatic Stress and disorders, performance issues, Attention Deficit Disorder, and many other issues.
